| Description: | PC Ray Birchall at the police pillar at The Banks, Rochester High Street, wearing the new Burndept personal radio. This police pillar is now situated outside the Kent Police Museum, in Chatham Historic Dockyard. It has since been fitted with the two missing panels, ie base and first aid box covers, and a circular collar in relation to wartime blackout regulations. |
