Donations

View of part of the collection in The MuseumKent Police Museum is always willing to accept Items and Articles that have a history with the Kent County Constabulary, or any of the town, city or borough forces that were within the Kent Police boundaries.

Many of the artefacts within our museum have been given as gifts or donations by relatives of former Kent Officers, who had no further use of the item. Without donations such as these, the museum would not be able to rotate the displays for the benefit of the many visitors to the museum.

Items donated have been many varied including such items as:-

  • to a beat bobbies bike from the days of the Gravesend Borough Police
  • a handwritten personal book, of an officer of the Ramsgate Borough Police
  • retirement presentation Clocks
  • helmets and other uniform items
  • potographs of various Borough Forces within Kent

If you have anything you might like to donate to the Kent Police Museum, please contact us, and we can arrange collection. If you have something but are not sure if it would be of interest to the Museum then just give the Curator a call and have a chat about it.
